The Reiki Healer Training Course I offer consists of three levels. If you have never received a Reiki attunement, you will start by learning Level 1. After that, you will progress to Level 2 and then to Level 3.

Reiki Healer Training Course Level 3 Overview

In Level 1 and 2 of the Reiki Healer Training Course, the focus is on practicing how to consciously resonate with Reiki energy through techniques such as self-healing, Hatsu Rei Hō (Reiki activation method), and time-transcending methods like “past healing” and “future healing.”

From Level 3 onward, however, the emphasis shifts toward embodying the state of Anshin Ritsumei — the ultimate essence that Mikao Usui Sensei sought to convey through his teachings of Reiki. It is about living in alignment with this awakened, peaceful state of being.

Living in the state of Anshin Ritsumei means being effortlessly and continuously connected to Reiki, without needing to consciously try. It is a state in which, no matter what happens in life, your heart remains calm and steady — always enveloped in a deep sense of trust in the universe and a feeling of peace within.

This is precisely the state we aim to cultivate in Level 3.

In a sense, the learnings up to Level 2 in the Reiki Healer Training Course can be seen as a prelude. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the true journey of learning Reiki begins with Level 3.

Therefore, in Level 3, just like in Levels 1 and 2, you will continue to deepen your resonance with Reiki and strengthen your channel through various practices and meditation methods. At the same time, the primary focus shifts toward cultivating and nurturing one’s inner development and personal evolution — the heart of what Reiki truly offers.

Within the cultivation of one’s inner development lies the deepening of your connection with your Higher Self and soul. In Level 3, as you deepen your resonance with Reiki through continued practices and meditation, the focus shifts toward nurturing inner growth — cultivating the depth and balance of mind and heart — and ultimately, living in alignment with your tenmei （天命：true Self and life’s purpose).

Theoretical and Philosophical Aspects in Level 3

In Level 3, you will learn the fourth symbol and its Kotodama (言霊：Mantra), which is called the “Master Symbol” in Western Reiki. This symbol can be understood as the very essence of Reiki energy, encompassing the three symbols and Kotodama studied up to Level 2.

By incorporating this symbol and its Kotodama into your daily life, you will gradually be able to live guided by Reiki and your own soul at all times, allowing the pace of your life’s journey to naturally accelerate.

Furthermore, Reiki Healer Training Level 3 places strong emphasis on cultivating inner growth and personal maturity. Alongside exploring the nature of the soul, participants delve deeply and from multiple perspectives into traditional Japanese inner wisdom—such as ancient Shinto —as well as the interconnectedness of the universe and all life.

Various Techniques and Practices Learned in Level 3

In Level 3 of the Reiki Healer Training Course, you will learn and practice how to use the fourth symbol and Kotodama in your daily life. By regularly using the fourth symbol, connecting with your higher self and soul will become a natural part of your everyday experience. Additionally, you will practice meditation techniques designed to help you connect with higher-dimensional beings known as Ascended Masters and receive their guidance.

In Level 3, the focus is on healing all past karma and preventing the creation of new karma. To support this process, you will learn about the workings of the subconscious mind as well as the influence of our thoughts and emotions. The course also includes practices and meditations using affirmations to help reprogram the subconscious.
