By channeling Ki—the healing frequency called Reiki—into areas of physical or emotional imbalance, stored emotions, unresolved pain, old memories, and anything misaligned with your true self are gently released and healed.

What is Distant Reiki Healing?

There are two main ways to receive Reiki Healing: in-person sessions and distant sessions.

At Soul & Self, we are currently offering distant Reiki Healing only.
(Please note: in-person Reiki Healing sessions are temporarily on hold.)

Whether in-person or distant, the effectiveness and benefits remain the same.

With distant Reiki, you can receive healing in the comfort of your own home at a time that works best for you. Many clients enjoy receiving Reiki while doing household tasks, working, or even after putting their children to bed. This makes distant Reiki especially convenient for those with busy schedules.
